What comes with a bag?
Each bag comes with two sets of straps (cross body and back pack), a pair of removable wings and a pin insert! All of these are set colours to go with each bag, inserts for the blue and holo black bags are black, the bee’s insert is gold and the holographic green insert is brown. Additional inserts in other colours may be purchased from the add on shop!

How Long Will my Bag Take to Arrive?
Currently I hope to receive the finished bags in October to begin shipping as soon as quality check has been carried out! Most backers should receive tehir bags in November/December 2020, I will update this post if there are any delays.
It is important to note that unless you upgrade your shipping service using an add-on, your bag WILL NOT be sent using tracked shipping. Please add this using the survey add-on items!
UK backers - Bags will be sent using Royal Mail first class services, which take 1-3 business days to arrive. Tracked services will arrive in a similar time frame.
EU backers - Standard shippping will take an estimate 3-5 working days, but these times may be affected by the linguring consequences of COVID19. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Tracked shipping will take a similar time but allow you to see where your parcel is.
International backers - Bags will be sent using Economy shipping unless upgraded. This will take an estimated 6-8 weeks to arrive, but please allow 12 weeks to compensate for the linguring consequences of COVID19. Packages upgraded to standard shipping have an estimated arrival of 6-7 working days but have no tracking, so may take up to 12 weeks, Packages upgraded to Tracked Shipping have an estimated divivery time of 5-7 working days and are fully trackable from start to finish. I highly recommend upgrading to this option!

Will Bags Be Available to Buy Later?
The short answer is YES, but this entirely depends on left over stock quantities. I will do a more informed post on this once the bags are here! I won’t be replying to emails/comments/messages asking this question going forward as I have been getting a lot of them and can’t reply to everyone individual - thanks!

When Will I be Charged for Shipping?
I intend to charge backers for shipping and add-ons in August 2020. I will lock surveys on the 4th of August and charge your cards on the 31st of August. This will allow me to finish purchasing extra stock and packaging materials required. You will be able to change your address right up until I begin shipping bags in November. Updates will be posted when I come to do this!

How Long Do I Have To Complete My Survey?
You must cmplete your survey by August 3rd 2020 to guarantee your first choice of bag colour. I will be ordering spares of each colour, but cannot guarantee you will be able to get your first choice if your survey is submitted after this date.

I haven’t got my survey!
Please contact BackerKit support! You can do so by going to https://beetle-ita-bag.backerkit.com/faq and putting in your email address in the “lost your survey?” tab. Your survey was sent to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account so make sure to use the right one.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
